1. Payment

We require payment in full before production can begin.

  • We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal payments.
  • We do not accept wire transfers nor personal checks.

2. Production Time

All our jewellery is made to order unless otherwise stated. We use traditional bench making techniques that require lots of hammering and filing all by hand.

Please allow 3-4 weeks(plus shipping) for us to make a perfect jewellery for you.

3. Changes & Cancellation

Once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.  

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns(except items which are final sale) in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice.  
  • Please note that we cannot accept jewellery that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.  
  • The store credit is calculated based on the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not credited). The store credit is valid for 1 year.
  • This excludes custom orders(made to order items) and sizing.  All custom orders are final sale.
  • For all return requests, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include the invoice number, style number and the reason for your return.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund or store credit will not be granted.

5. Repairs

  • We offer a 1 year warranty for your Jeanne Kang jewellery. We will service your jewellery for free for up to 1 year of your purchase date. Some exclusions apply.
  • Please contact us first before sending your jewellery to be repaired.
  • Enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information(phone number and email address), and the original sales invoice. We do not accept any items that don't have the required information. Unaccepted item will be returned at your expense. We do not accept any responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • If you have taken your Jeanne Kang jewellery to another jeweller for service, this voids our normal warranty.
  • Repair services are non-transferable. If services are requested by someone other than the original buyer, a fee will apply.
  • No warranty is available on center stones.
  • Please allow 4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed information and estimated repair charge will be emailed to you once the assessment has been completed. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.
